Mercedes-Benz Oman Sets Standards for Commercial Vehicles Aftersales Care with a Health Check in Salalah
Salalah - Continuing its ongoing commitment to road safety and customer care, Mercedes-Benz Oman is offering a Health Check for Mercedes-Benz Trucks as part of its aftersales service from March 25th – March 29th. To be held at its Salalah Service Centre, the Health Check is available for OMR 87 for six cylinder engines and OMR 98 for eight cylinder engines to ensure optimal performance and operations of its customers’ Mercedes-Benz Trucks.
Sohar- As part of its commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, Mercedes-Benz Oman held a business networking event for its Commercial Vehicle trucks Customers in Sohar. More than 80 Customers attended the event hosted by Mercedes-Benz Oman Commercial Vehicles’ General Manager Rory Allen, Michael Heeke - Head of Service and Matthew Halliday - Head of Parts. Muscat - Continuing its ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service and aftersales care, Mercedes-Benz Oman has announced new opening hours for its Commercial Vehicle workshop in Muscat. Commercial Vehicle customers can access the Muscat workshop six days a week, from 6:00am – 6:00pm Sunday to Thursday and from 8:00am – 5:30pm on Saturdays. This initiative is designed to decrease disruption to customers’ business and operational schedules and make the process of workshop appointments as convenient as possible.
Muscat - Mercedes-Benz Oman has announced the appointment of Rory Allen as General Manager of Commercial Vehicles. Drawing on more than a decade of experience with Mercedes-Benz, Allen is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business’s operations in Muscat, Sohar, Salalah and Haima to ensure it maintains its position as the market leader for commercial vehicles in the Sultanate.
In celebration of the Actros turning 20, Mercedes-Benz Oman went on a hunt for mileage millionaires across the country as part of the Actros Mileage Millionaire campaign launched in March of this year. Three customers, Birba Marketing & Services Co., Dhofar Gas Filling Company L.L.C and STRABAG Oman L.L.C were selected to celebrate at a dinner hosted by Zawawi Trading Company as the highest mileage customers in Oman.
