Muscat– Celebrating the Holy Month of Ramadan, Mercedes-Benz Oman hosted Iftars for its Commercial Vehicles customers in Muscat, Salalah and Suhar. Part of the company’s efforts to reconnect with customers, the events highlighted some of this year’s most recent initiatives and events including the launch of the new Actros and Arocs trucks, service weeks and the Commercial Vehicles newly introduced LinkedIn page.
Salalah – Continuing to ensure that customers get the best out of their Commercial Vehicles, Mercedes-Benz Oman launches its Health Check for Mercedes-Benz Actros in Salalah. From the 14-18 of April 2019, Actros truck owners can take advantage of a health check package at OMR 98 for the Actros six-cylinder engines and OMR 105 for Actros eight-cylinder engines.
Muscat – Mercedes-Benz Oman Commercial Vehicles is kicking off the year with its first health check for Actros trucks at its Service Centre in Muscat. Available from the 10th-14th February 2019, customers can bring in their Actros trucks for a comprehensive check at OMR 98 for a 6-cylinder engine and OMR 105 for 8-cylinder engines. Providing customers with everything they need to get back on the road, the package includes engine oil (mineral oil) and filter change, a replacement of diesel filter, an adjustment of fluid levels and an assessment of the vehicle for oil leaks on major components. The Mercedes-Benz team of experienced technicians will also carry out a diagnostic check on the vehicle electrical system, an engine compression test with diagnostic tool to give an indication on its condition, a multi-point inspection and retightening of lug nuts on two/three axles. Additionally, customers will have their trucks washed and greased before leaving the Service Centre. Mercedes-Benz Oman will also offer driver training upon request.
Suhar – Ensuring the continuity of its customer’s Actros Trucks, Mercedes-Benz Oman is offering an exclusive Actros Health Check in Suhar from the 11th -15th November 2018. At OMR 98 for the Actros 6-cylinder engines and OMR 105 for the Actros 8-cylinder engines, the comprehensive health check package includes an engine oil (mineral oil) and filter change, replacement of diesel filter, with a check for oil leaks on major components, as well as a check and adjustment of fluid levels. Also included in the package is the retightening of lug nuts on two/three axles, a diagnostic check-up of the vehicle’s electrical system, a multi-point inspection and an engine compression. Going beyond the simple servicing of vehicles, Mercedes-Benz Actros Health Check will also aim to keep vehicles and their drivers in the best shape with a vehicle washing and greasing as well as specialized driver training available upon request.
Salalah – Placing road safety at the forefront of its operations, Mercedes-Benz Oman is offering Health Checks for Actros trucks as part of its Service Week in Salalah. Held from October 7th – October 11th at the Salalah Service Centre, the Health Checks are available at OMR 98 for Mercedes-Benz Actros six-cylinder engines and OMR 105 for Mercedes-Benz Actros eight-cylinder engines. Mercedes-Benz trained technicians will perform a comprehensive check including engine oil and filter change, replacement of diesel filter, check for oil leaks on major components, adjust fluid levels as well retightening of lug nuts on two/three axels. In addition, they will perform a diagnostic check-up of electrical systems, engine compression test and multi point inspection. Driver training will also be available upon request.
Haima – As part of its ongoing commitment to provide the best service and aftersales packages, Mercedes-Benz Oman will be delivering its thorough service to customers doorsteps in Haima. Available during the dedicated FleetChecks Week running from September 16th – September 20th., customers will not only benefit from the convenience of the package, but will also enjoy a fixed Economy service price of OMR 75 for Mercedes-Benz Actros models.

Gary brings with him over 30 years of experience in Commercial Vehicles, including the last 15 years with Mercedes-Benz in the United Kingdom. Muscat – Designed to help manage maintenance costs with flexible options, Mercedes-Benz Oman has launched an economy service package for both Mercedes-Benz and non-Mercedes-Benz trucks exclusively at its Commercial Vehicles Workshop in Haima.
Muscat – Ensuring customers enjoy superior performance in a pleasant working environment throughout the summer months, Mercedes-Benz Oman is providing air conditioning inspection for Actros trucks at a fixed price of OMR 34. Available until end of year and only at the Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Workshop in Muscat, the inspection includes a cooling performance check, a diagnostic check-up with air conditioning machine, belt inspection, a leak check with top-up of air conditioning gas and replacement of the cabin air filter.
Mercedes-Benz Oman Sets Standards for Commercial Vehicles Aftersales Care with a Health Check in Salalah
Salalah - Continuing its ongoing commitment to road safety and customer care, Mercedes-Benz Oman is offering a Health Check for Mercedes-Benz Trucks as part of its aftersales service from March 25th – March 29th. To be held at its Salalah Service Centre, the Health Check is available for OMR 87 for six cylinder engines and OMR 98 for eight cylinder engines to ensure optimal performance and operations of its customers’ Mercedes-Benz Trucks.

Muscat - Continuing its ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service and aftersales care, Mercedes-Benz Oman has announced new opening hours for its Commercial Vehicle workshop in Muscat. Commercial Vehicle customers can access the Muscat workshop six days a week, from 6:00am – 6:00pm Sunday to Thursday and from 8:00am – 5:30pm on Saturdays.
